Mr. Dipesh Shroff, born on 3rd Feb. 1960, is presently the Managing Director of Excel Crop Care Limited. With more than six decades of history and an inheritance of business acumen from the illustrious Shroff family and stands testimony to this by heading a successful venture of the newly born Excel Crop Care Limited, since 1st September, 2003, demerged from Excel Industries Ltd. Backed with a Harvard degree in ‘Owners/Presidents Management Programme’, USA, and ‘Top Management Programme’, at IIM, Ahmedabad, he ably steers this 680 crore plus company, a well established power in Agri Business, both in domestic and international markets.

At the helm of operations, manufacturing, project implementation, finance, marketing and innovative rural management enterprise, and backed with a civil engineering degree, this unassuming personality strikes an accurate balance between business and people leadership. Presently he nurtures and motivates a 1200 strong workforce and leads a dedicated loyal management team into newer and newer forays.
