Ramkrishna Mudholkar is currently heading the Crop Protection Products business of DuPont in South Asia & in ASEAN as Business Director, and is a member of the board of directors of DuPont India. He is also a director on the board of CropLife India and on the advisory board of Ruralnaukri Institute of Agribusiness Management, New Delhi.

Ram has 26 years of experience in agricultural input industry that includes crop protection chemicals and seeds. He has been with DuPont India since mid 1995 and has led sales and marketing and assumed the business director's role in October 2005. Ram also spent 2 years, 1998-2000 in the US in crop protection head quarters leading international project on insecticide renewals and also representing India on the global commercialization team for Indoxacarb. Prior to joining DuPont, he worked for another leading MNC called Hoechst AgrEvo India for 11 years and served in different areas like sales, product management, business development and had the opportunity to lead zonal business as profit centres involving agro chemical ,seed and animal health products.

Born on April 10, 1959 Ram is married to Manjusri and has two daughters Kaivalya and Katyayani.
